Location

Camp Shand is tucked away on 120 acres of quiet woodlands in southern Lebanon County, a short drive from Lancaster and easily accessible from points beyond via the Pennsylvania Turnpike and PA Route 322.

Directions

Coming From Pittsburgh, Harrisburg and other points West:
Go east on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Rt. 76). Take Exit 266 (Route 72). Go north towards Lebanon. Take the exit for 322 East (Ephrata) and go east for about 3 miles. The YMCA Camp Shand sign is on the hill on the right. Go down the dirt road for 1.2 miles. You will see the lake, and parking lot on the left.

Coming From Philadelphia, Reading and other points East:
Go west on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Rt. 76). Get off at Exit 266 (Route 72). Go north towards Lebanon. Take the first exit (Rt. 322 East – Ephrata) and go east for about 3 miles. The YMCA Camp Shand sign is on the hill on the right. Go down the dirt road for 1.2 miles. You will see the lake, and parking lot on the left.

Coming from Lancaster, Manheim and other points South:
Head north on Route 72 past the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Take the first exit (Rt. 322 East – Ephrata) and go east for about 3 miles. The YMCA Camp Shand sign is on the hill on the right. Go down the dirt road for 1.2 miles. You will see the lake, and parking lot on the left.

Coming from New York, Scranton and other points North:
Go south on Interstate 81 to Route 72 South. Head south on Rt. 72 through Lebanon. Take the first exit (Rt. 322 East – Ephrata) and go east for about 3 miles. The YMCA Camp Shand sign is on the hill on the right. Go down the dirt road for 1.2 miles. You will see the lake, and parking lot on the left.
