Project Pounds Away & Project Ripped
Project Pounds Away (PPA)
This 10-week program helps you lose weight by changing your daily habits to produce positive results. You’ll meet twice a week with your team and Personal Coach for training sessions, personalized nutrition coaching, and team challenges that build long-lasting friendships!
If you are looking to get stronger, faster, and increase your overall fitness then Project RIPPED is for you! We use the U.S. Military physical test (2-Mile run, 2 minutes of push-ups and 2 minutes of sit-ups) to score each RIPPED participant as you progress towards joining our exclusive 300 club. This 10-week program is designed to help you gain strength and increase your level of physical conditioning as you strip away those last pesky 5-15 pounds. In order to be eligible, you will need to have less than 40% body fat as verified by a Personal Coach.
