YMCA at New Holland Closed for the Evening
YMCA at New Holland

Due to a loss of power in the New Holland area, the YMCA at New Holland is currently closed for the remainder evening. We anticipate opening at our normal time on Thursday morning.

Independence Day Holiday Closure
All Y Branches
July 4, 2015

The City Center, Lampeter-Strasburg and New Holland Y branches will be closed on July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.

The Lampeter-Strasburg outdoor pool will be open on the holiday from 11 AM – 8 PM.

Extended Hours of Operation beginning August 1
All Y Branches
Beginning August 1, 2015

Based on member feedback and an increase in facility usage, we will be expanding our hours of operations at all Lancaster Family YMCA branches beginning August 1.

Expanded Hours of Operation

Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM–10:00 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM–8:00 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

Sunday (City + L-S Y): 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

Sunday (YMCA at New Holland): 12:00 PM–5:00 PM

Expanded Holiday Hours

The Y will also provide expanded hours of operation during the holidays, with all Y branches open on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve from 5:00 AM until 2:00 PM.  Click here for full holiday schedule.

Lancaster Family YMCA to Offer Full Year, Fully-Subsidized Kindergarten Readiness Program
In Partnership with School District of Lancaster, with Funding from the United Way of Lancaster County

Kelianna roundedWe are excited to share that beginning this Fall, the Lancaster Family YMCA will partner with the School District of Lancaster to provide a full-year, fully subsidized Kindergarten readiness program to 20 children in need. This partnership is part of the Learning Lancaster Collaborative – one of the 16 initiatives selected by the United Way of Lancaster County for funding over the next three years.
