YMCA at New Holland: Welcome Desk Associate

The Welcome Desk Associate position is fast-paced and operates as a receptionist and greeter for all YMCA traffic, interacting directly with members, guests and employees. Will be responsible to answer phones, direct tour prospects, complete appropriate paperwork as needed and handle all inquiries. Will also collect and record payments for all programs and perform administrative tasks as needed.  The New Holland branch is currently looking for a friendly, problem-solver with flexibility to various weekday hours as well as one weekend shift per month. This is a nonexempt, part-time position totaling 15-25 hours per week.

Must obtain all clearances required and be CPR/First Aid/AED certified within 90 days of employment. Previous customer service experience preferred.
